People often critique the church for not finding new ways to reach others...

Remember when that Superbowl commercial landed?

What did people say?

"Wow, Jesus dropped a lot of money on a super bowl ad / Didn't know God needed commercials / They could of spent that money on xyz".

No matter what the Church does, they will find critics. While some of it is warranted when we don't live up to scripture, most of it comes down to this...

"14 The person without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God but considers them foolishness, and cannot understand them because they are discerned only through the Spirit."

So it is no surprise that when we try to bend backwards, conform to the culture, we STILL will find folks who will never "get it". Why? Bc its "foolish" to them, and they are "spiritually discerned". Stay faithful brothers and sisters.

We see conflict all around us. We align ourselves on different sides of the fight in battles of politics, religion, justice, and too often, we let that confl...
