Jonah 1:4-6 - Christian author and evangelist Leonard Ravenhill said, “The problem with the church today is not that she is too weak, but that she is too asleep.” This Sunday we are studying Jonah 1:4-6 about how Jonah was sound asleep in his disobedience. We are going to look at some of the ways modern day Christians are asleep on the job.

Invite an unchurched friend to study the Gospel of John with you. If you can't find a friend who is interested, Pray this week with a brother or sister in Christ that God would send you one.

Practice God's presence this week by turning off the TV, radio and phone (2x) while working on normal house chores and instead engage in conversational prayer. Don't ask for anything, but simply tell God about your week.
