The Bible states no one can say Jesus is Lord but by the Holy Spirit. ( 1 Corinthians 12:3). But is it possible for someone to say Jesus is Lord because they wish to get money from you? Can scammers exist who PRETEND to be faithful Christians, specifically in order to scam you or try to get you to give them money? If this is so, is the Bible still correct, and even though the Holy Spirit is at work in their faith, can they still be using this spoken belief to scam you, or is it incorrect in its interpretation of human nature? I want to believe NO ONE can say Jesus is Lord without the moving of the Holy Spirit, because I try to help MANY people who are claiming belief in Jesus as Gods one and only son. Yet many around me continue telling me many of these people are just trying to scam me. Who should I trust?
