The exquisite musical composition performed by Mr. Edward Rich on the piano, accompanied by the soulful vocals of Mr. Sonny Owens, created an atmosphere of profound beauty and upliftment.
This venerable church, having weathered numerous years and witnessed the departure of many cherished members, stands as a testament to the enduring spirit of the aka United Methodist Church, Pembroke, Ga. Now Grace Church of Pembroke, Ga. Among the few remaining members are Mr. Sonny Owens and Mrs. Jean Owens, whose presence is a source of immense blessing. Despite the challenges posed by age and health, we all have managed to unite the congregation together through music, singing, and worship even in the face of a smaller membership and with all our own unwavering devotion to the love of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, who serves as an inspiration to all.

Join us for our Wednesday evening gathering on July 8th at 6:00 p.m., where we will be serving hot dogs, hamburgers, chips, desserts, and watermelon. A Bingo game will follow the meal for interested attendees.

Donating to the Pembroke Community Food Bank is a genuinely fulfilling endeavor that our organization is proud to undertake. Collecting for individuals in need is particularly significant amidst the rising costs that affect many elderly residents living on fixed incomes and young families struggling to make ends meet. It has a profound impact. We are grateful for the opportunity to make a difference.

Last Sunday at church was truly remarkable, as we welcomed 2 visitors from The Glideons International, an organization that provides facilities equipped with Bibles, allowing us to disseminate the word globally. We were also treated to a musical performance by Mr. Sonny Owens on the piano. What a beautiful song.

How many churches still ring their bells to signal the start of worship services at the hour? This small southern church continues the tradition, and we also sing from our cherished hymnals. All are welcome to join us for uplifting singing and worship. Our Sunday morning services start at 11:00 a.m.
