HE WILL LEAD YOU -"This l say then, Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh." Galations 5:16
Walking in the spirit. That's the key to overcoming the flesh. lf you follow the promptings of the Spirit of God within you, you won't be dominated by the pressure your flesh tries to put on you.
As you listen to the written Word and the Holy Spirit telling you what to do, you'll continueally be making little adjustments in your life according to what He says. And those little adjustments will keep darkness from overtaking you.
You see, God knows just what you need. He can look ahead in your life and see the traps and pressures the devil is laying for you. So follow the Holy Spirit's leading and He will maneuver you safely around them to victory. Follow your inner man's leading today. Amen ! l love ya'll Be Blessed!

HANG ON --"So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: lt shall not return unto me void, but shall accomplish that which l please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto l sent it." lsaiah 55:11
Did you know that the battleground for the problem you're facing right now is in your mind and on your lips? lf you'll hit the devil with the Word and cast the care of the situation over on God, you'll win.
Let me warn you though, hanging on to the Word isn't always easy. So don't be surprised if an evil spirit is sent to exalt itself against the Word of God. lf you're sick, he may begin to tell you, you're not healed. You know that healing won't work for you.
lf he tells you that kind of thing, don't buy it! Don't go to worrying or doubting about your healing saying things like, 'OK my, l'm afraid l'm not going to be healed, l'll probably just get worse...'
Remember : it's the Word that does the work. Who is the Word, Jesus is the Word so when your speaking the Word your allowing Jesus to heal you.
No matter what the devil tells you, you give him the Word. Tell him it is written. Let the Word (Jesus) fight the fight. lt'll work every time. Amen! l love ya'll and have a great week.

DONT THINK LIKE THE WORLD -"(For the weapons of our warefare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds); casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ." 2 Corinthians 10:4-5
lf you think like the world thinks, eventually you will act like the world acts. l know this to be true in my own life, l am constantly having to correct my own thinking. Unrestrained thoughts produce unrestrained actions. So control your thoughts by bringing them into obedience to the scriptures.
Program your mind with The Word of God. The Word is spirit and it is life. When your mind is totally saturated with the Word of God, your will becomes strong to exercise authority to overcome every ungodly thought and evil habit.
Don't let Satan deceive you into sacrificing the glory of God in your life for a few moments of self - indulgence and sin. Restrain your thought life. Meditate the Word instead of selfish, carnal thoughts. Keep your eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith. Amen! God bless you all, loved ya'll

HOW'S YOUR SPIRITUAL MAINTENANCE? The cares and anxieties of the world and distractions of the age, and the pleasures and delight and false glamour and decietfulness of riches, and the craving and passionate desire for other things creep in and choke and suffocate the Word, and it becomes fruitless." Mark 4:19
Did you know that seemingly innocent things in your everyday life can suffocate your spiritual life if you allow it?
l was told once by by God that our nation was a nation of maintenance men/woman. You have so many things to maintain. You maintain your house. You maintain your car, your yard, your machines, your hair.......
You can become a maintainer of so many things that you don't have time left to maintain your own spiritual growth.
l know and it's easy to get caught up in without you realizing it, l'm guilty myself. We can get caught up in doing so many things that require to be done on a daily basis, with the kids, our jobs etc.
When this happens we let little sins into our lives and then we wonder after a while, how did we ever get here?
This morning check your spiritual maintenance and see are you still in the faith. ls your walk where it needs to be? Am l growing or allowing sinful desires to come into my life. Make time for church, reading the Word and prayer and maintain your relationship with the one that you truely need... God! Amen! Have a nice Saturday. l love ya'll! Seriously

BLESS THE LORD - "By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name." Hebrews 13:15
Great things happen when you continually confess the mercy of God. Faith rises upon the inside of you. The reality that God loves you begins to sing through your spirit.
What's more, it brings honor to your Father when you believe His Word and magnify His love and mercy. You honor Him when you speak of His goodness and loving kindness, when you talk about Him as your Father of love who does only good. lt blesses Him when you praise Him as the great God of the universe.
David was as man after Gods own heart. He knew how tho praise his God, Until you have the Word dwelling in you richly so that you can speak psalms and praises out of your own heart, use the praises of David to magnify God, Speak them or sing therm out loud to the Father.
Put His words continually on your lips. You will soon begin to experience the thrill and the joy of realizing that God is indeed "rich in mercy" because of His great love with which He has loved us. Your faith will rise to new heights and your Father will be blessed! And you will be blessed. Amen! I love ya'll

COVENANT -"This cup is the new covenant in my blood." 1 Corinthians 11:25
Yesturday l spoke with you about David calling Goliath uncircumcised (not being in covenant with God).
What does that mean? lf we knew, we'd be like Abraham: "Strong in faith... fully persuaded that, what [God] had promised, he was also able to perform"(Romans 2:20-21).
When God cut a covenant with him it was out of the blood of animals. Yet it transformed a doubting Abraham into the very father of faith. Why? Because, Abraham and David understood the significance of a covenant.
They knew entering in a covenant of blood meant you were totally and forever giving yourself away to someone else. Once you did it, nothing would ever be exclusively yours again. All that you were, all that you had or ever would have became the equal property of your covenant partner.
ln a covenant ceremony in Abraham's day, the partners exchanged coats, each giving their authority to the other. They exchanged weapons as a way of saying, "Your enemies are now my enemies. l'll fight your battles as if they are mine."
When God made covenant with us He proved how intensely He desired to be God to us. Abraham and David understood that God's promises could be trusted. God allowed His Son Jesus to be slain on the cross to cut this covenant with us.
God is telling you now everything that is His is now yours! All the authority in Jesus Name is now yours! God will fight all your battles because in covenant they are now His. Are you beginning to understand now why David was not afraid of no Giant. He knew who his God was and that his covenant partner would not let him down.
Know your covenant rights today, study Gods Word, Let Him show you what it meant when he gave you His Name (John 16:23), His authority (Matthew 28:20) His armor and weapons ( Ephesians 6:19-17). Be a faith giant like Abraham and David ! Amen! l love ya'll Be blessed!
