Blog #15 "Focus" - When Dan & I hosted retreats for pastors, under the ministry of Pastors Retreat Network, we soon discovered a common trait among pastors; they can create a sermon from almost any ordinary situation or event. For example, after an afternoon stroll through the woods at the Inn, a pastor on retreat, discovered the small creek that flowed along the back of the property. It was an awesome Retreat. Those who attended were blessed & were a blessing. Now SPR is looking for the "where", & "when" for the next retreat.

Pre-dawn. Quiet (except the birds are singing their glory-songs to The Creator), still (no breeze to blow away the mist), unhurried. Good morning, Father. Thank You for another day.

Day three: today's sunrise reveals clouds/overcast but that isn't reflected in the spirits of those "resting in the LORD" at this Retreat. Burdens are being cast at His feet, Holy Spirit is pouring into hearts anxious for more. Come, Lord Jesus, be Thou our Guest.

The Pastor/guests arrived Sunday evening. Introductions & an evening of laughter & getting acquainted. Today is a full day of "listening to God", rest & renewal. Come, Holy Spirit...pour over this place!
