Many people have either never heard or have forgotten or no longer care the reason and the meaning for the holiday that is today in Memorial day. To many its just a free day off from work or just something they have to deal with. Let me be either the first one to tell you or to remind you of the real meaning of this very special day and why it was made a national holiday. Today is set aside to remember those who have made the ultimate sacrifice with their lives for our freedoms that we enjoy today as the first song on the playlists all gave some and some gave all. The fourth of July is to celebrate those who are living. this day is to honor those who have fallen in the line of duty. This day isnt a day of sales or a free holiday or for parties although those are all okay things we should never Forget the real reason got this national holiday and also Never Forget those who paid the ultimate sacrifice with their lives for the rights and freedoms we are allowed and able to enjoy today. And of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness as stated in the Constitution. If they had not served our country we may not have the rights and freedoms we enjoy today. We thank you for your service and Sacrifice that you made and the price you paid with your life so we can enjoy our freedoms and may we NEVER FORGET !!!!!!
