The boy band was one of the most sought-after attractions in American pop culture. They were often seen as self-entitled, demanding, and difficult to work with. However, following several below average singles, they were seeing their window slip. After receiving threats of being dropped by their record label, their assistant books the pop group a role in a local Christmas concert in hopes of reconnecting with the fans and reviving their career. The group reluctantly agrees and amid confusion and unexpected action, the local cast delivers the message of Christmas to the boy band and their lives are changed.
