Our History
Pekin Bible Church began in 1933 and called its first pastor in 1937. It was known as the 7th Street Gospel Tabernacle, later the 7th Street Bible Church and when moved to its current location in 1958 became the Pekin Bible Church. The current pastor Chad Nightingale began serving in August of 2016. Our Beliefs

The Bible Teaches That...
the one God has eternally existed in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God. this Jesus who died, rose again, and ascended to heaven will personally and imminently return for His Church. everyone will be physically resurrected for an eternal heaven or hell. all human beings are sinners by nature and are in need of a Savior. a person obtains eternal life only by the grace of God through personal faith in Jesus Christ, whose substitutionary death paid the penalty for man's sin. One is eternally secure having trusted in Christ as the only means of salvation.
