May 24: Pentecost Sunday: The Descent of the Holy Spirit. (Jesus said): " Let anyone who thirsts come to me and drink; whoever believes in me, as Scripture says: 'Rivers of living water will flow from within him.' He said this in reference to the Spirit that those who came to believe in Him would receive." (John 8:37-39).

But have you turned on the faucet yet?

Saturday, May 23: Fifth All Souls' Saturday. Following the 8:30am Liturgy with memorial service, we will proceed to Assumption Cemetery to serve a second memorial service for our parishioners buried there. Do you have Byzantine Catholic family or friends buried at Assumption Cemetery? Join us around 10:15 am.
Blessed repose and eternal memory to all our departed family and friends!

Is Jesus just a man with divine powers? Is Jesus God but with a human appearance? Did Jesus pass on authority to His Apostles and their successors? Does all this even matter or should you just try to be a good person?
We're in-between Jesus' Ascension into heaven and the Descent of the Holy Spirit at Pentecost. It can feel a little lonely and we need answers!
Come celebrate the Sunday of the Council Fathers of Nicaea with us this weekend.
