Looking for Some Help!

Peebles Methodist Church is looking for someone to clear the fence row in front of our church property along Measley Ridge Road.

The overgrowth is blocking the church from being seen from State Route 32, and we’d love to get the area cleaned up.

We are looking for someone who is licensed, bonded, and insured to do this type of work.

If you know someone who may be able to help or have a recommendation, please comment below or send us a message. We would greatly appreciate it!

Meals of Hope Food Ministry Update 🍽️❤️

First of all, thank you to all who answered the call for assistance last week as over 600 bags of potato chips were so generously donated.

What began as a small outreach in January 2025 has grown into something beautiful—we're now serving and delivering meals to approximately 475 neighbors every Saturday.

"For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in." — Matthew 25:35 (NIV)

Through the generous support of our church members, community members, and local businesses, we've been able to keep this ministry going strong. We strive to keep each meal we serve at approximately $1.25 per person; however, with rising costs, that is proving to be quite the challenge as we work toward our goal of sustaining this ministry through Thanksgiving 2026. As we approach Thanksgiving, we'll be reaching out to our community once again with hope and gratitude, inviting partners to join us in 2027.

This is kingdom work—feeding bodies while sharing Christ's love with our community.

Ways You Can Help:

~Financial donations of any size.
~Food or supply donations.
~Volunteer your time on Saturdays. Come and be a part of this ministry. It will bless you for sure.
~Share this post to spread the word.

If you're interested in being part of this ministry or would like more information, please reach out through Facebook Messenger or by mail at: Peebles Methodist Church P.O. Box 247 Peebles, OH 45660

"Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me." — Matthew 25:40 (NIV)

Thank you for helping us continue this vital work in our community!

In Christ,
Ben Reed,
Treasurer of Peebles Methodist Church
