Being "poor in spirit" means recognizing your own spiritual bankruptcy and utter dependence on God. Rather than being materially impoverished, it is a posture of deep humility where a person acknowledges they have nothing of worth to offer to earn God's favor, leading to a total reliance on divine grace.

Blessed are the poor in spirit: for their's is the kingdom of heaven.

A strong home, family, and christian life are not built on money or talent alone. They are built by making godly choices day by day.

It is not enough to start well. We have to finish well. We need an understanding to build our lives on God and His word, so we are steady when troubles come. A life built on God’s truth will stand firm.
