The WAVE Children's Ministry The WAVE is the Children's Ministry of First Church of Pearland. The WAVE Children’s Ministry serves students from birth through 5th grade.

Research declares that if a child reaches the age of 14 without seeking salvation, the chances of them seeking it later in life fall to 10%. This staggering statistic demands that our goal be that NOT ONE child leaves The WAVE in 6th grade without having first been filled with the Holy Ghost and baptized in Jesus Name.

On your mark, get set, go! When a shepherd named David became king, it was a whole new ballgame! WAVE KIDS' PARENTS!!!
CHRISTMAS KID'S CHOIR
Your child can be in the kid's choir this year. Thank you to Jessica Borgeson for helping us teach them the material over the next few weeks. That being said, it is important that your child is here the next two Sundays if they wish to participate. They started last weekend, but will continue learning their two songs during the WAVE Kids' Sunday School time.

UNIFORM
Dress your child in their "Christmas best" for church that morning. It is nice if the colors stay within the red, green, white, black, navy colors. (Christmas!!!) Maybe this isn't the day for hot pink or lime green or our favorite Disney shirt. 😜

REHEARSAL
There is no group off-night rehearsal. Only during Sunday morning WAVE service, 10 am, on Sundays. Dec 3 and Dec 10

DAY OF (December 17)
Please have your child checked into the WAVE no later than 9:30am. Their part in the program is early. Being on time ensures they can be involved and be prepared! They will also sing through their songs in the WAVE at 9:30am to review before coming on stage.

THEN WHAT?
After singing, the kids will exit the auditorium and safely be escorted back to the WAVE for their Kid's Christmas Party!!
