Sis. Dorothy Frisby, long-time friend and member of Oaklawn A/G, Christian Temple A/G, and lastly, Freedom Fellowship-Pearland went to be with the Lord yesterday. She and Bro. Mitch Frisby led an incredible effort in the east end of Houston with a special ministry called Salt Inn. Many of the people who were touched by their ministry are themselves in the ministry today.

Her service will be Friday, May 29th at Peevey Funeral Home, 12440 Beamer Rd., Houston, TX. 77089.

Viewing will be from 10:00 - 11:00 with the service following from 11:00 to 12:00. Please remember the family in your prayers.

On May 2nd., our WinGS (Women in God's Service) Ministry Group hosted a "Spring Tea" which is something we look forward each year. Our theme this year was "You Are Royalty" and we tried to carry that out in our table Centerpieces. Our Women's Ministries Director, Diana Pridgen, always does an exceptional job in bringing us a timely and relevant devotion, challenging games and an abundance of door prizes. Special thanks to each lady who volunteered to decorate a table and to Ruth Orozco for being so willing to help me capture the event in pictures. Ladies . . . you are so very much appreciated.
