SG Time on 12 June at 4am - Feast Day of Sacred Heart of Jesus

To mark the 250th anniversary of the founding of the United States, the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) will formally consecrate the nation to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. This historic event is scheduled for June 11, 2026, and will be held during the bishops' spring plenary assembly in Orlando, Florida at the Basilica of Mary, Queen of the Church.

On June 11, 2026, the U.S. bishops will consecrate the United States to the Sacred Heart of Jesus as part of the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence. Parishes are encouraged to participate.

Today, we honor and celebrate the first anniversary of the joyful day of the election of Pope Leo XIV as Roman Pontiff. Archbishop Henning has asked everyone throughout the Archdiocese to wish our Holy Father ad multos annos today. The Archbishop has invited each of us to offer the Rosary today for Pope Leo. May God bless Pope Leo XIV in his ministry to the universal Church.
