Consider this quote. Do you agree or disagree?

We will be applying this thought to Sabbath Rest this Sunday morning as we reflect on Exodus 23:10-13 and how this applied through Israel’s history and how it applies to us here and now.

Here is the outline for Sunday’s sermon.

Title – On the Night He was Betrayed.

Text – Exodus 23:1-9
(Start at) Matthew 26:47; Mark 14:43; Luke 22:47; John 18:1
1 Cor. 11:23-27

Main point – On the Night He was Betrayed, ALL the laws of Exodus 23:1-9 were broken against Christ.

We will also take communion together In Remembrance of Him.

I will be away 8/16 but when we return to Exodus on 8/23, Exodus 23:1-9 will be our focus.

I encourage you to read these verses and then read the account of Christ's betrayal and arrest.

How many of these laws in Exodus were violated against Christ on "The Night He Was Betrayed"...?

We will also be taking communion together that morning, "in remembrance of Him."

Wayne County Southern Baptist Association Camp - Missouri

WCSBCA will be having a DAY CAMP THIS SATURDAY 8/1/26 from 9am to 4pm for ages 4-10 years old.

Activities consist of music, recreation, videos, crafts and Bible lessons.

Camp will also include some follow-up material for Christian Growth (for parents and campers).

As we spoke about Ps 139 at VBS last night, I was reminded of this wonderful quote from Keller. I shared it with the kids in our Bible time together.

Kids may or may not fully grasp what Keller is saying, but I am sure the adults among us appreciate this Truth.

In Christ, we are FULLY known and FULLY loved. This is The Gospel (Good News) of Jesus Christ.
