🎶 Come Check Us Out at the Shrimp & Petroleum Festival! 🎶

We’re excited to be back at St. Lawrence Park on September 5th for the Shrimp & Petroleum Festival! 🙌🏽 This will be our second year performing on the main stage, and we’re so grateful for the opportunity!

We’ll be playing from 11:30 AM–12:30 PM that Saturday. Come out, enjoy some good food, fellowship with us, and most importantly, join us as we worship the King of Kings! 👑🙌🏽

Welcoming Dr. Ryan Perkins as Interim Pastor

Redeemed Life Fellowship is excited and honored to welcome Dr. Ryan Perkins as our new Interim Pastor!

Dr. Perkins comes to us from Abita Springs, Louisiana. He received his doctorate in Ministry with a concentration in Pastoral Leadership from South College. In addition to his pastoral ministry, he serves as Headmaster of Lakeside Christian Academy in Slidell, Louisiana, while also serving as Lead Pastor of Pure of Heart Worship Center.

For several years, Dr. Perkins has been leading the Read Your Bible (RYB) Movement, traveling throughout the country with a passion for promoting biblical literacy and encouraging people to get into God's Word.

Earlier this July, Dr. Perkins and his team led an RYB event that included a time of street evangelism followed by an open-air service at Lake End Park. His heart for evangelism, discipleship, and the Great Commission has already been such an encouragement to us.

Dr. Perkins and his entire family have been a tremendous blessing to our RLF church family. We are so thankful that God has connected us with more brothers and sisters in Christ with whom we can labor together for the Kingdom!

We are looking forward to the pastoral and spiritual leadership Dr. Perkins will provide as we continue pursuing the Great Commission God has called us to fulfill in Matthew 28.

Please join us in giving a warm welcome to Dr. Ryan Perkins, his family, and his church family as they become part of our community. We are excited for what God has in store and grateful for the opportunity to serve God together!

What a great day to partner with Ms. Alise Jennings-Salazar and the Patterson Civic Organization!

We also cannot forget to give a huge thank-you to The Purple Lemon for donating all of the onions! 🧅 We are so grateful for the people at The Purple Lemon who not only work hard to better the lives of those in our community, but also share the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

As Ms. Alise says, “We get to be the hands and feet of Jesus.” What a beautiful reminder of what serving our community is truly about.

Thank you, Ms. Alise, for giving Redeemed Life Fellowship the opportunity to serve our community. We are truly blessed to be able to serve alongside others who have a heart for people and a desire to make a difference.

Happy Friday, church family! 🎉 What a gift it is to close out another week wrapped in God's grace. Whatever this week held — hard moments or good ones — His mercies are new every morning, and His faithfulness carries us into the weekend. Rest well, laugh often, and Know that we serve a God who loves us!!!!!

Happy Thursday, Church Family! 🌿

As we move through the week, let's remember God's promise:

"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight." — Proverbs 3:5–6

No matter what today brings, God is faithful. Take a few moments to pray, encourage someone, and thank the Lord for His many blessings.
