This Sunday’s message from Acts 20:
“Watch and Remember”
Paul warned the church to stay alert, hold firmly to God’s Word, and watch out for spiritual danger. It is a timely message for all of us.
Come worship, learn, pray, and encourage one another.

📜 **Un hermoso momento en la historia de nuestra iglesia** 📜

¡Echen un vistazo a este recorte histórico del Sr. William Barrett celebrando su cumpleaños número 100 junto a la familia de la Primera Iglesia Bautista de Paterson!

Cuando los problemas de salud le impidieron asistir a los servicios dominicales, el reverendo Percy G. Beatty y el diácono principal Henry Smith llevaron la iglesia directamente a su hogar para compartir escrituras, himnos y oraciones. Un alegre Sr. Barrett comentó: *"Ahora me han traído la iglesia a mí"*. 🥹❤️

Sirviendo a Paterson desde 1824 y superando grandes acontecimientos históricos como el Gran Incendio de 1902, nuestra iglesia siempre se ha dedicado a amar y cuidar a sus miembros más allá de las paredes de nuestro edificio. ¡Este es un hermoso recordatorio de nuestro legado de fe y compañerismo de más de 200 años! 🕊️✨

When health kept Mr. Barrett from attending Sunday services, Rev. Percy G. Beatty and senior deacon Henry Smith brought the church directly to his home for scripture, hymns, and prayer. A joyful Mr. Barrett remarked, *"Now you’ve brought the church to me."* 🥹❤️

Serving Paterson since 1824 and surviving milestones like the Great Fire of 1902, our church has always been about loving and caring for members beyond our building's walls. This is a beautiful reminder of our 200+ year legacy of faith and fellowship! 🕊️✨

From honoring the church's 1824 roots to leading its vibrant modern ministry, their shared tenure is a beautiful testament to grace and community devotion. May God continue to bless them both with abundant health, strength, and joy! ✨
