It is with tremendous sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of Pastor W. C. Byrd, father of Southwest Region Conference President, Dr. Carlton P. Byrd. Please remember Dr. and Mrs. Byrd; Dr. Byrd’s mother, Carol Sterling Byrd; and the entire Byrd family in your prayers during this most difficult time. Funeral arrangements will be forthcoming.
