There are some people whose service speaks louder than words—those who faithfully show up, pray, encourage, lead, and serve God’s people with a willing heart. Elder Mack is one of those people. Her dedication, steadfast faith, leadership, and love for the ministry have been a tremendous blessing to our Pastor, our congregation, and so many others.

On this special day, we want to give honor where honor is due, and shower Elder Mack with the same love she has so faithfully poured into others. 💐

It is with deep sadness, yet unwavering faith in God, that Pastor Rev. Dr. Moses L. McKenzie, Sr., First Lady Anne McKenzie, and the entire New Creech Temple UHCA Family announce the passing of our beloved Sister Leola M. Freeman.

Sister Freeman was a cherished member of our church family whose kindness, warmth, faith, and beautiful spirit touched the lives of many. She was a faithful servant of God and a dedicated member of the Usher Board for more than 30 years, serving with grace, humility, and unwavering commitment. Whether greeting worshippers with a smile, assisting during services, or simply offering encouragement, Sister Freeman exemplified what it means to serve God’s people with love.

Her smile could brighten a room, and her devotion to her church, her family, and her faith will forever be remembered.

While our hearts are heavy, we find comfort in God’s promise:

📖 “Well done, thou good and faithful servant… enter thou into the joy of thy Lord.” — Matthew 25:23

We extend our heartfelt prayers and deepest condolences to her family and loved ones during this difficult time. May God’s peace, strength, and comfort surround them in the days ahead.

Please keep the Freeman family in prayer as we celebrate a life well lived and a legacy of service that will never be forgotten.

On behalf of our Pastor, Rev. Dr. Moses L. McKenzie Sr., and the entire New Creech Temple family, we extend our deepest love, prayers, and condolences on the passing of our beloved sister Betty Jean Carter.

Sister Betty was truly a beautiful soul whose presence brought warmth, grace, and joy to all who knew her. Her smile, her spirit, and her unwavering faith will forever remain in our hearts.

While we mourn her transition, we also celebrate a life well lived and a legacy of love, kindness, and devotion to God. We take comfort in knowing that to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord.

To her family, we pray that God will wrap you in His peace, strengthen you during this time, and remind you that His love never fails.
