A Prayer For Back-To-School Protection✨️
"Dear God,
Thank you for the gift of our children. As they return to school for a new year, we ask that You place a hedge of protection around them—body, mind & soul. Protect their steps: Go before them as they walk into their classrooms, ride the bus, and navigate the hallways. Keep them safe from harm, danger, and fear. Guard their hearts and minds: Fill their brains with knowledge and sharp understanding. Help them dismiss negative messages, and guard their eyes and ears from ungodly influences.
Surround them with community: Bless them with kindness, love, and compassion for one another. Guide them toward wise, supportive, and encouraging friendships. Bless their teachers: Give every teacher, administrator, and staff member strength, patience, and wisdom to create a safe, nurturing environment. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, because You are with them wherever they go. Bring them home safely to us each day. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray this Amen." 🙏🏼
