You’re invited to join us tomorrow for Easter Sunday at 10 AM for our Spanish service as we celebrate the truth that Jesus is alive and the grave is empty. Come expectant and ready to rejoice together.

Our English service will begin at 12 PM and will include a special presentation of Our Eyes Have Seen, our Easter play. Please note there will be no kids church during this service.

Good Friday is not loud, flashy, or easy. It is heavy. It is quiet. It is love on a cross.

It is the day we remember the sacrifice that changed everything. The moment where pain and grace met, and mercy won. He didn’t have to stay. He chose to. For us.

Before the celebration of Sunday, we sit in awe, gratitude, and reflection. Because without the cross, there is no resurrection.

“But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed.” Isaiah 53:5

El Viernes Santo no es ruidoso, llamativo o fácil. Es pesado. Está tranquilo. Es amor en una cruz.

Es el día en que recordamos el sacrificio que lo cambió todo. El momento en que el dolor y la gracia se unieron, y la misericordia ganó. No tenía que quedarse. Él eligió hacerlo. Para nosotros.

Antes de la celebración del domingo, nos sentamos con asombro, gratitud y reflexión. Porque sin la cruz, no hay resurrección.

OUR EYES HAVE SEEN — A Collection of Stories, Dance and Monologues 🌆🪨

This GOOD FRIDAY season, our drama ministry presents “Our Eyes Have Seen”, an experience of the crucifixion and resurrection through the eyes of villagers surrounding.

Through monologues, dialogue, and dance, we will hear from the Old and New Testaments, Matthew, Isaiah, John the Baptist, the disciples, and a grieving couple on the road to Emmaus… until, at last, every eye has seen. 💐

SNOW DAY! 🤍❄️ Today’s forecast: snow, rest, and God still being God 🙌

Even when plans change, “The Lord directs our steps.” (Proverbs 16:9) A snow day isn’t a delay, it’s a divine pause. A reminder that rest is holy and slowing down is allowed!

Jesus even modeled this for us: “Come with me by yourselves to a quiet place and get some rest.” (Mark 6:31)

So CCOP fam, stay in your PJs, sip something warm, open your Bible (or Bible app 👀), and take a moment to be still, because “Be still, and know that I am God.” (Psalm 46:10)

We love you, church family. God is with you in the quiet, in the pause, and yes… even on snow days 🤍
