Bethel Baptist Church Pataskala Ohio Bethel Baptist Church is a friendly, Christ-centered church that focuses on the eternal truth of God's Word. Please visit us. All are welcome!

We present the Bible in a straight-forward, practical way. 10am Adult Sunday School class. 11am Worship Service. Bethel Baptist Church is an Independent Bible Believing Baptist Church. We are associated with the the national association - General Association of Regular Baptist Churches and the state Ohio fellowship - Ohio Association of Regular Baptist Churches. We stand upon God's Word and a literal interpretation of Scripture. Our services are traditional and our pastor preaches the fundamentals of the Christian faith in an expository manner from God’s Word, the Holy Bible. We offer a staffed nursery for young children and Sunday school classes for children of all ages as well as for adults.

This message relates to the decrease in Christian influence and the increase in immorality in America. Verses 18-23 describe man's rejection of God despite God revealing Himself in His creation. Verses 24-32 show how people choose sexual immorality, homosexuality, transgenderism & other sins over God's moral law. PRAY for our nation! TRUST God! SHARE the Gospel! Please get out & VOTE for those who uphold BIBLICAL values!

10-07-26 Wednesday Evening Service "Sinners and Saints in the Kingdom?" - Zechariah 14:16-19

This passage continues the prophetic vision of a future “day” when Jerusalem/Israel will be attacked at the end of the Tribulation, and this passage appears to be a transition from the Tribulation to the Millennial Reign of Christ.

v16 - Those remaining alive at the end of the Tribulation (presumably all adult believers plus children) will continue to worship the Lord in the Millennial Kingdom. These believers will continue to have their natural bodies and will continue to reproduce.
v17-19 - Who is this "family of Egypt" and other "heathens" who don't worship God? It will be people born during the 1,000 year Millennial Kingdom who do not choose to believe on Christ. After the 1,000 years, there will be many unsaved individuals living on earth who will join Satan to battle the Lord as seen in Revelation 20:7-10.

09-30-26 Wednesday Evening Service "A Hideous Plague" - Zechariah 14:12-15, Jude 21-23

This passage continues the prophetic vision of a future “day” when Jerusalem/Israel will be attacked at the end of the Tribulation and/or the Millennial Reign of Christ.
v12 - The Lord will put a plague (or a judgment) upon all those who fight against Jerusalem, disintegrating their flesh possibly like a nuclear attack.
v13 - This "great tumult" will be a time of trouble & destruction when those rebelling against God will turn against each other.
v14 - The remnant fighting on behalf of the Lord will fight against the nations surrounding Israel and gain a great spoil from all of them.
v15 - The same "plague" from v12 will be upon the beasts/animals/weapons used against Jerusalem in the war.

Do you know God's Word well enough to defend it when someone attacks it and attempts to destroy the authority of God's Word? Our passages tells us it's important to understand the FUNDAMENTALS of the faith - the "MILK" of God's Word. It is also important to understand the DOCTRINES of the faith - the "MEAT" of God's Word. False doctrine is dangerous because it is deceiving. Our defense against deception is KNOWING God's Word!
