On Sunday, November 1st, we will celebrate All Saints' Day by remembering and honoring the faithful departed who have gone before us in the last year (Nov. 1, 2025-2026). If you would like to include the name of a loved one who passed away this past year, please submit their name, photo, birthdate and death date to the church office.

🪵 Wildlife Wednesday 🪵

Can you spot our visitor? At first glance, this looks like nothing more than a few twigs among the leaves. But hiding in plain sight is a fascinating walking stick insect!

These remarkable insects remind us that some of nature's greatest wonders aren't always the easiest to see. Sometimes we have to slow down, look closely, and pay attention to discover the beauty that's been there all along.

Sunday is World Communion Sunday. This is the United Methodist’s special offering to support World Communion Scholarships which assist graduate students from the U.S. and other countries. Your offering also supports Ethnic Scholarship and Ethnic In-Service Training programs for U.S. and international undergraduates studying in the U.S.

Offerings can be made online at pataskalaumc.org or using the special offering envelopes placed in the pews.

We are excited for Back to Church Sunday! We hope you can attend this Sunday!
There will be a good old fashioned potluck following worship as well as a Silent Auction. Thank you to our quilting ministry and all those who have donated items. There is a great selection of items including 5 quilts! Proceeds of the auction will benefit the Mary Ellen Beeson Scholarship. Payment is due at the end of the auction on Sunday. Cash or check is accepted.
