This Rock Baptist Church was started in January 2022 by our Pastor, Aaron Cowgill. Our burden is to preach and teach the word of God to prepare all people for eternity. We hope to make you feel welcome and to never compromise the truths of the word of God. We are currently meeting on Saturdays as the church we are renting from is full all day on Sundays, with hopes to find a building to call our own soon! Come be a part of this great church plant and see God work in a mighty way!

So glad to have Veteran Missionary Chris Rue speak to us on Sunday about how God is opening up doors in the Ukraine to see souls saved! Despite much spiritual darkness and literal death all around them, God has kept him and his family safe and continues using them to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ! Please pray for him, his family, and his church as they continue to labor in a place that’s been devastated by the war!

Spending time outdoors is a powerful way to reduce cortisol and lower blood pressure. It boosts your mood and makes you feel more alive, with benefits that extend to chronic health conditions. The best part? Anyone can access it, even just by sitting outside, leading to significant reductions in anxiety and depression.

Step outside and pause. Nature offers a profound way to connect with the Creator's amazing work, allowing us to reflect on His power. Embrace the lessons, feel the sun or rain, and simply be present in the beauty around you. God has given us all things richly to enjoy.

Studies show that spending time in nature significantly reduces stress, depression, and anxiety. Forest therapy and access to green spaces can lower your odds of these mental health challenges by nearly 30%. Healthcare systems are even starting to 'prescribe' outdoor time.
