There are people in your life who need the Lord. Be the one! The 99 - A New System for Evangelization will be held on July 18th in the Parish Hall from 8am until 4pm. Sign up in the church foyer or message us with your name and phone number.

Inspired by the Parable of the Lost Sheep, where the shepherd leaves the ninety-nine to seek the one who has wandered away, The 99 is a powerful evangelization program designed to help Catholics bring others into a life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ. The program challenges us to look beyond ourselves and recognize the people in our lives who may be distant from God or His Church.

Through practical teaching, prayer, and discussion, participants will learn how to seek out the lost, strengthen those already active in the faith, and help bring people home to the Catholic Church. Evangelization is not reserved for a select few—it is the mission of every Christian. There are people in your life who need the Lord, and God wants to use you to reach them.

In this Sunday's Gospel, Jesus sends out the Twelve Apostles to continue His mission of proclaiming the Kingdom of Heaven. Filled with compassion for those in need, He calls His disciples to share His love through both word and action.

Just as the Apostles were sent to bring hope, healing, and the Good News to others, each of us is called to be Christ's presence in the world today. Through our faith, service, and witness, we continue the mission Jesus entrusted to His Church.

In this weekend’s Gospel (John 6:51–58), Jesus tells us:
✨ “I am the living bread that came down from heaven.”

This solemnity reminds us of the gift at the heart of our Catholic faith: the Eucharist. In the bread and wine, Jesus is truly present. His Body and Blood given for us. When we receive the Eucharist, Christ comes to dwell within us, unites us as one body, strengthens us for eternal life, and sends us forth to be His presence in the world.

Come worship with us this weekend as we give thanks for the gift of the Eucharist and celebrate the mystery of Christ’s Body and Blood. 🙏

Today the Church honors Saint Justin Martyr (c. AD 100–165), one of the earliest Christian apologists. A philosopher who converted to Christianity after a long search for truth, Justin used reason and Scripture to defend the faith before the Roman world.

His writings provide some of the earliest descriptions of the Mass and the Eucharist, affirming that the bread and wine truly become the Body and Blood of Christ. Refusing to renounce his faith, he was martyred in Rome and gave his life for the truth he had found in Jesus Christ.
