🐉 On Sunday for our last Sunday of TRUE STORY about the early church in Acts, our Big Idea was, ‘God helps us share the good news!’ 🗡️

We hears the story of Paul’s shipwreck and explored how no matter what is going on around us, we can share the gospel 🪨

The kids got to write their own newspaper front pages to share the good news! 📰

☀️ Yesterday was our last Wednesday night of children’s activities until we resume in August! It was also the last night for the group of 4 fifth graders (and 1 sixth grader) officially moving up to youth group! I’ll miss my rowdy friends and look forward to seeing how they continue to grow with Adam and the youth! ☀️

🐉 Our Big Idea was, ‘God helps us share the good news!’ We explored the story of Paul’s shipwreck and telling people about Jesus! 🗡️

One of our activities was a raucous obstacle course across the sea to rescue the captain’s lost library 🤣🤣

The new church sign is up! Our hope is that it will always be a tool for encouragement, witness, and loving our neighbor...

🐉 On Sunday for our unit TRUE STORY about the early church in Acts, our Big Idea was, ‘The Holy Spirit gives us power!’ 🗡️

We explored the story of Paul & Silas’s escape from prison and the idea of ‘power’ through hands-on activities and games (and my painful attempt at explaining what an audio cassette player is, haha. Next Sunday I’ll be explaining newspapers!)

Just grabbed some pictures of our pre-lesson visiting and coloring time 9:45-10am AKA ‘our friends all roll in at different times’ time ❤️
