Jesus is Risen!
..suddenly two men in radiant apparel stood beside them. ..The men asked them, ‘Why do you seek the living among the dead? He is not here; He is risen!’”

Jesus experienced the cup of agony and understands what we endure. We can become over-familiar with the story of Christ’s sacrifice and fail to feel the gravity of what Jesus actually, historically suffered for humanity. On this Good Friday take a moment and reflect on the reality of His sufferings.

Jesus knows where we are. Jesus can handle our questions of why. And, Jesus hears each of us when we cry out. Yet, he makes a critical statement, “let this cup pass”(Luke 22:42) which many have debated about for centuries. What cup are you bearing that seems impossible?

God is the Master of the plan for our lives and most are okay with that until it disrupts our: Comfort, Possessions and Faith Assumptions.

If God is making the changes in our lives then He is the master of the plan for our lives. Trust Him if you’re following His plan – even if it disrupts something’s. He sees, he knows and he’s still in control.

“I told you my plans and you replied.
Now give me your instructions.”
Psalm 119:26 NLT

A REMINDER: Be Still God in working!

PRAYER: Holy Spirit, it can be said that, I barely know myself but you understand me completely. I do know that my motives are mostly mixed, my faith is frequently fragile, and my mind is sometimes a mess. Please “teach me your way, LORD, that I may rely on your faithfulness; give me an undivided heart, that I may fear your name,” (Psalm 86:11, NIVUK).
