Psalm 73 was written by Asaph — a worship leader and musician in Israel who faithfully served in the house of God. Yet, even he struggled with discouragement as he looked at the world around him and tried to understand why the wicked seemed to prosper.

But everything changed “…I went into the sanctuary of God…” Psalm 73:17

The turning point was not when his circumstances changed.

It was when he got into the presence of God.

Sometimes we don’t need answers first.
We need to hear from God again.

When your heart feels heavy, don’t stay distant from God. Draw near to Him.
