Today, I had the honor and privilege of joining Rev. Dr. Helen McMurray and her son Scottie, along with our Deaconess and Class Leaders, to pray over and bless her home. 🙏🏾🏡

Like so many families in our Altadena community, Rev. Dr. McMurray lost her home in the devastating fires on January 7, 2025. But today, we stood together on a testimony of faith, resilience, restoration, and new beginnings.

We walked the property. We prayed. We blessed the home and asked God to cover every room, every doorway, and every person who enters it. We prayed that this house would once again become a place of peace, joy, love, laughter, safety, and the presence of God.

There is something powerful about watching God bring restoration after devastation. The fire may have changed the landscape, but it could not destroy faith. It could not destroy hope.

Rev. Dr. McMurray, welcome home! ❤️🏡
