Pastor Mindy challenged us to examine our hearts through 1 Samuel 16:7 is reminder that people look at outward appearance, but God looks at the heart.

What’s behind our words, our choices, and the way we treat others? Are we focused on looking good to people or allowing God to change us from within?

This week, make this your prayer: “God, show me what’s in my heart and help me surrender what needs to change.”

Who we surround ourselves with matters. Are we following the crowd, or are we standing firm in who we are in Christ? Choose your friends wisely, stay rooted in God’s truth, and never forget your identity in Him. 🤍

This Wednesday, Pastor Mindy spoke about a truth we can all carry wherever God has placed us….. never be ashamed of Jesus.

Whether you’re heading into middle school, high school, college, or walking into your workplace, there will be moments when standing firm in your faith isn’t always easy.

We were blessed to have guest speaker Lorena Garza share a beautiful message on “Abiding in Christ : Keeping Our Walk Alive in Christ.”

God knows our hearts, He knows who we are, and He has a purpose for each of us. May we continue to abide in Him, stay rooted in His presence, and keep our walk with Christ alive. 🤍
