Sunday was extra special as we celebrated our 6 seniors upcoming graduation. Our prayer is that God will continue to lead them by the power of His Holy Spirit & bless them & their families in all things and in all ways. The future is very bright for this group of young people.
Congratulations to the graduating class of 2026 & may God continue to richly bless each & every one of you

Go to any church long enough & you will hear about the “white knuckles” hanging to the pew in front of you. Signifying the strong hold that this world has on all of us. We simply aren’t ready to give it all to God and make Him Lord and Savior of our soul and life. The Spirit of God dealing with us but we choose to wait. Wait til tomorrow, wait til next week, wait until I’m older but what’s happening is we are putting off until tomorrow (or if ever) what needs to be done today. For Christians alike we struggle to understand the leadership of the Spirit & often are disobedient because it’s not convenient or comfortable for us. Christ calls us to be dedicated to Him & His Church, faithful to His Word & Will, & ready to see Him when He comes or calls us home..
Join us tomorrow as we answer the question:
“Why are you not ready?”

At times we are all guilty of becoming complacent & insensitive to the leadership of God’s Holy Spirit. Then other times we feel His tugging at our hearts to do something, to make changes, to go places, or whatever it is but it’s out of our comfort zones so we don’t move or do because we feel like we can’t.
The sad reality is that there are many people outside the faith who God is reaching & convicting while drawing themselves to Himself but their flesh, & the worries of this world have them crippled to respond to Christ’s call..
Perhaps the question that God has for me & you & the church as a whole is:
“What are you waiting on?”

We want to send a huge THANK YOU to our Hopewell family for showing up and serving at the coonhunt! ❤️

We were BUSY, but every minute was filled with laughter, teamwork, and love. It’s such a blessing to be surrounded by the BEST group of people—always willing to jump in, work hard, and make it all happen.

We truly couldn’t do it without each of you. So thankful for this church family and the time we get to spend together serving others.

The greatest most powerful day in History is the reason we can celebrate the Resurrection Power of Jesus! We look forward to embracing His presence, singing His praises, & worshiping together tomorrow..

“Palm Sunday” perhaps the most overlooked of all the important days in Christianity and yet it holds the most humble beginning of Jesus journey to the Cross. The Bible says as Jesus entered into Jerusalem that He looked upon the people, their actions, the things that were taking place, the condition of the physical earthly temple & He wept. We remember the celebration of the people but miss the grief of God as He knew what was coming.. Palm Sunday is the perfect time to self examine our lives & be honest & ask the question
“Where is my heart?”
