Meals of Blessings started Sunday Meals distribution and more deliveries to home-bound church elderly members. We even brought meals to the health care workers at Jersey City Medical Center and at Clara Maas Hospital.

A little delayed, but thank you to everyone who came to last Wednesday’s distribution event! And a big thank you to Fredi for your wonderful card!!

We have some good news y’all!! We will now be handing out meals Wednesdays AND Sundays, starting tomorrow!! So be sure to head on over to CCCNJ at 6 pm tomorrow to pick up a meal!!

Today was our first distribution day, and we are so happy that it went successfully! Thank you to all our volunteers for working so hard, our vendors for providing such delicious meals, and of course, everyone who came to enjoy some of the good food!! Hope to see you all again next week!!!

So one of the target beneficiaries of this program are the needy families who receive basic food staples such as bread, cereal and dry pasta from our Parsippany Food Pantry (photo on left). What your donations would provide are Hot Meals (photo on right), water bottles and surgical masks to these patrons. Since it's already been three months since the quarantine, the Food Pantry Director told me the food donations are slipping... and yet there are over 100 families coming to the Food Pantry on a daily basis for such necessities. We appreciate any donations to bless the needy families in our community struggling with all the adversities brought on by this pandemic.
