Proud of Guest Services staffer Logan Martin for preaching at Church of the Apostles today! “Love doesn’t talk, love does.”

We are especially grateful to our maintenance team every single day. Today as they finish re-thatching the iconic DaySpring dock, we consider the team to be the iconic part! The mission of DaySpring is to be a sacred place to feel cherished, challenged, and changed. These guys do that every day!

✨Thin spaces✨
As outdoor ministry staff, we know that there must be something present with us at our centers beyond what we can physically see. How else do we explain the way our spirit turns and our souls settle in these holy places?

Have you felt your soul asking to be nourished? Book a retreat at your favorite ECCC center 💚
[Image ID: At the top of the image, it asks, "Where do people encounter God at your center?" Below it is a photo of people gathered around the edges of the labyrinth at DaySpring. Below the photo, a yellow textbox reads, "St. Thomas Chapel is a step back in time, an instant transition into a holy and reflective experience. The outdoor labyrinth, Stations of the Cross, Diocesan office, and heavenly riverfront campus all remind you of God's daily presence in the sacred space that is DaySpring." End Image ID]

Our girl! Amazing! Her boots were made for booking!

"Krista's role at DaySpring has changed many times and she is the swiss army knife of DaySpring. Name a department and she has worked in it. In the last year she took over as Reservations Director. She guides groups through the process of booking and planning, as well as answers the unexpected questions with kindness, creativity, and know-how. I'm nominating her because I'm proud of her, in particular, as she takes on the important role of being the first voice for all who experience welcome and transformation at DaySpring."

Let's show some love to Krista and all incredible reservations staff! They are truly people who keep the wheels on our centers moving💐🌟

Above the photo, it says, “Staff All-Star, Krista Heaton, DaySpring.” The background is a beach scene from Mustang Island with white stars dotted around the border. End image ID]

Camp Director Caitlin Martin is in Virginia this week participating in a think tank for leadership development program curriculum at the Episcopal camps. We are grateful DaySpring is a part of the wider Episcopal Church and thankful Caitlin is using her gifts to impact youth beyond just DaySpring!
