One of the major ways the gospel has been politicized is that righteousness and right behavior have been reduced to ONLY 3 "Thou shalt nots": have gay s*x, engage in elective abortion, and change s*x. There is NO QUESTION that the Christian Church has been manipulated into this by Conservative think tanks and political organizations.

You're right on those issues, but they are not the only issues. There is no question in my mind that money and power are at the heart of the conservative movement. They are the primary reasons that 80 or so trillion dollars have been funneled upwards to the super wealthy, and that heavily influences every societal evil from extreme poverty to abortion, to immigration, to wars, and so on.

Do you understand that a person like Jeff Bezos pays less than 1% of his income in taxes and that he undermines the principles of free markets by exerting undue influence on markets and lawmakers? You do understand that we have corporate socialism, where a small number of companies get billions in subsidies that they never pay, even in times of hyper profitability?

When and where in the Bible did a prophet or an Apostle ever instruct someone to choose the supposed lesser evil, or, more importantly, fail to call out evil on both sides? For example, didn't the prophets call out both the evil of the Northern Kingdom and the Southern Kingdoms before their destruction? Didn't they call out the evil of the nations surrounding Israel as well? Did Jesus or the Apostles pick sides with the Pharisees and Sadducees? How about the Herodians and the Zealots? In fact, the Pharisees and the Zealots remind me a lot of the modern conservatives with extreme nationalism and their extreme focus on money and success.

Both Muslims and Jews Disbelieve the Necessity of the Death of the Prophet and Messiah

Is Jesus’s death on the cross really that strange? Is it overkill or unnecessary violence, or unreasonableness on God’s part?

Did Jesus die by drowning Himself, or did He drown because He jumped into the water to save a drowning world?

Did Jesus set Himself on fire, or did Jesus run into a burning building and die in the midst of dragging out as many people as would call on Him for help?

Did Jesus cut Himself or self-inflict harm like young girls sometimes do, or did He allow Himself to be cut because there was nothing else of value that could be given for those who deserved to be cut?
Jesus is the Lamb of God because there was NO OTHER WAY. The only other choice was for God to totally ignore extreme evil and ignore His own nature which is based on holiness and justice as well as love.

Israel committed many acts of rebellion against Yahweh throughout their history, yet none is as great as rejecting the Messiah. From a Christian standpoint, there is nothing more offensive than to characterize Jesus as a charlatan or a fake. Yet, our approach as a nation is not hostile, nor is it to give Israel exactly as it deserves. Israel receives mercy, and they ought to respond in kind. The next supernatural event on Israel's calendar is the time of "Jacob's Trouble" or "The Great Tribulation" in Christian terminology. My studies tell me 2/3 of Israel will die a physical death and be spiritually separated from Yahweh forever. How sobering is that? You can reference that from these verses, to name a few: Zechariah 13:8; Matt 24:21-22; Ezekiel 5:12; Jeremiah 30:7; Dan 12:1; Amos 9:9-10; Isaiah 10:22; Romans 9:27-28.

The Prophetic Book of Isaiah: Why Jews and Muslims Should Leave Justice to God

Only God has the power to punish eternally by casting away the wicked from His presence. Only God has the power to grant everlasting peace and joy. Jesus said, “Do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Instead, fear the One who can destroy both soul and body in hell” Matthew 10:28. Similarly, Jesus said, “Sell your possessions and give to the poor. Provide yourselves with purses that will not wear out, an inexhaustible treasure in heaven, where no thief approaches and no moth destroys. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also” Luke 12:33-34.
The only way to avoid the punishment of Hell and to attain the peace and joy of heaven is to turn from sin and rely on Christ for salvation.
The Book of Isaiah is a mixture of warning and comfort, judgment and restoration. These apply equally to both Jews and Muslims(Gentiles). The prophet Isaiah often shifts his prophecy from warnings and judgment to blessings and comfort. Sometimes Isaiah goes on for a whole chapter or even chapters with comfort or judgment, and sometimes he goes back and forth within the same chapter. This could be a bit confusing, yet knowing he is speaking to Israel (sometimes specifically to Judah)and the nations surrounding Israel helps.
God’s Apocalyptic Judgment on Israel and the Nations of the World
God’s judgment is sometimes referred to as “Jacob’s Trouble,” or “The Day of the Lord,” or “The Great Tribulation.” Some 45 times, Isaiah refers to it as “in that day.” Here are several chapters and verses for reference: 2:10-22; 4:1; 13:9-13; 24:1-23; 32:1-20; 63:1-6.

God’s Blessing Upon Israel and the Nations
Here are some verses that point to the remnants of the Great Tribulation who will receive God’s blessings in the Millennial Kingdom.
Isaiah chapters 2:1-5; 11;3-16; 25:6-12; 60:1-12.

The Book of Isaiah is quoted by New Testament authors and Jesus more than ALL the other prophetic books in the Old Testament combined. Isaiah has been called “The Bible in Miniature” partly because the first part of the book focuses on judgment and the second part focuses on redemption. Also, it has sixty-six chapters that mirror the sixty-six books of the Protestant Bible.

Islam is Wrong: Jesus is the Messiah and a Fulfiller of Prophecy. He is the Answer to the Prophets

Unlike prophets who came to prophesy, Jesus came to fulfill prophecy. The two most important being the atoning sacrifice for our sins (Isaiah 53) and the next creating a New Covenant (Jeremiah 31:31; Isaiah 55:3). Bible scholars say that Jesus fulfilled over three hundred prophecies during his first coming.
The Protestant Old Testament and the Jewish Tanakh have thirty-nine books in their Bibles. None of them are based on a person who came to fulfill dozens or hundreds of prophecies. The most important prophecy, by far, is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, as mentioned in Isaiah 53. Yahweh sent prophets in the Old Testament to address sins being committed at a specific point in time. Jesus came to deal with sins that Israel committed throughout their entire history.
This fulfillment of prophecy, because there are so many, and they are cross referenced back to the Tanakh, Old Testament, Torah, demonstrate not only Jesus’s much higher standing than a prophet, but His mission was much different than that of prophet.

This is accurate. A Shepherd's Sling is unlike a child's slingshot sold in toy stores. The Bible doesn't say that God caused David's stone to hit Goliath on the mark, although that is possible. David's supreme confidence before the fight tells me he was world-class with the sling.

Habakkuk 2:4 is a verse that shows up many times in Scripture, including Romans, Hebrews and Galatians. In Romans 1:16-17, its closing phrase “the righteous will live by faith” is quoted.   Habakkuk tells us the opposite of righteousness is pride. Being “puffed up.” The fruit of living fait...

For my Muslim friends who want more information about Jesus' divine nature and His role as Savior, they can look at my FB page for Christianity, Judaism, and Islam. The more we study the Old Testament or Jewish Tanakh, the more we see the divinity of the Savor or Messiah. Even Orthodox Jewish Rabbis believe that Jeremiah 23:5-6 demonstrates that the Messiah is divine or God. At the end of verse 6, the Messiah is called "The Lord our Righteousness." But the Tetragrammaton or Yahweh's name is used in the original Hebrew. You can see this by going to BibleHub.com and putting in Jeremiah 23:6 and then going to interlinear at the top. Jeremiah 23:5-6 is clearly about the Messiah and the Millennial Reign in Revelation chapter 20.

Former Christian Pastor Tim Keller said, “When a Christian grasps the Biblical doctrine of Sin, he can no longer divide the world into good and bad guys. We can’t feel superior to anybody.”
He goes on to quote another well-known Christian author G.K. Chesterton who said that believing in Original Sin results in a sense of brotherhood and a sense of sympathy for all human beings.
A Christian who is properly aligned with the nuances of his faith and properly motivated to help Muslims, will not so much say, “ There is a Muslim, let me convert him to my faith”, no, but, he or she should say, “There is another sinner like me(without Christ), let me gently show him or her the way to the person who can help them. In other words, our common bond goes back further then our Jewish roots. Our common bond with all men goes all the way back to the Original Sin and the Garden of Eden.
Scriptural proof: "The Lord’s bond-servant must not be quarrelsome, but be kind to all, able to teach, patient when wronged, with gentleness correcting those who are in opposition, if perhaps God may grant them repentance leading to the knowledge of the truth"( 2 Timothy 2:24-25).
