"Not By Faith Alone"

"Not By Faith Alone" The only time the phrase "faith alone" appears in the Bible is in the phrase "not by faith alone." Welcome to my personal blog.

My Catholic faith is very important to me and is a result of my discovery that the only time the phrase "faith alone" appears in the Bible is in the phrase "not by faith alone." This truth has changed me from an elder in the Presbyterian Church (PCUSA) who believed and taught faith alone to a Catholic. My hope is you will find this page to be a blessing.

The passing from the left shoulder to the right, and not from the right shoulder to the left, signifies that by our Savior’s Passion, we are transferred from sin to grace, from transitory things to eternal things, and from death to life.
