Parkman Church is officially a member of the Presbyterian Church in America - not to be confused with the liberal Presbyterian Church of the USA.

The elders took their vows tonight and Lydia decorated a cake with the PCA logo on it. Frank joined in from vacation to take his vows. So everyone passed and they are officially Ruling Elders of the PCA.

A party is being planned for the whole church.

The Elders tonight passed their final exam tonight with the PCA. Next Saturday at Presbytery a motion will be put on the floor to accept Parkman into fellowship and then there will be a zoom meeting set up where the elders will take their elder vow. Tonight was a good night.

I saw something today and will work on changing the photo. But I’ve made corrections to the text. I love this. It really points to what I’ve been saying for years. There should be noise in the church of little ones. If there is no little one noise the church is dying. When there is little one noise it shows the church is growing and thriving. No matter the size of the gathering.

This is spot on whether they are in children’s church or the main sanctuary. It’s awesome having little ones running around.
