Today’s the day!

Come on down to the Parkesburg Baptist Church from 10am until 2pm for food, fun and friendship. The hot dogs are cooking! The cookies are fresh baked. The bouncy house is already in use. And the Dunk “The Pastor” Tank is currently being filled (and he has his goggles ready to go).

The Keystone Valley Fire Dept has sent an engine (?) and are giving tours.

The Parkesburg Lions have also joined us for the day. They are providing information about themselves and what the do, as they meet here at the. Hutch.

We have a tables inside for getting out of the heat. Easy games and activities for the littles.

And if you are in need, we have started to put together “Meals in a Bag”. These bags each include the directions and all the ingredients for a family meal. Debby also just put together a few “Cake in a Bag” kits, if you want to celebrate anything (no candles are included due to the summer heat).

So come on out. Check us out. Meet some of our church family and learn what we do together help our community (and you can help too!).

Be sure to stop by on Saturday, July 25th! Parkesburg Baptist Church is hosting a community day from 10am until 2pm.

There will be a bouncy house, popcorn machine, face painting, tours of our historic church, and a dunk (the pastor) tank.

This is a free event and open to all in the community.
