Good morning Clothing Closet shoppers! Did you know WIC is a partner of the Clothing Closet? We have emergency formula available thanks to our local WIC office.

I’ve attached an educational post. They have updated guidelines to serve more families! WIC availability, funding and staff is based on participants in their regions. Our local WIC has a wonderful staff willing to help you. Check these guidelines and see if you qualify!

With updated income guidelines, the WIC program is becoming accessible for more working families 💼

Good morning Clothing Closet shoppers! I’m so happy to share a program targeted just for teens! Check it out! The SS library is on the MOVTA bus route if that helps.

June 8th through August 1st, teens ages 12-19, can earn prizes this summer at the South Parkersburg Library by checking out books and attending programs in the Summer Reading Program. Card trackers are located at the front desk. A grand prize will be announced on August 3rd based on the total entries received. Each program attended will earn teens an extra entry into the grand prize. Finishing a card tracker will earn teens an extra five entries as well.

Good morning Washington County/Morgan County shoppers. Your kiddos are eligible for free, hot lunches through your local Community Action. What a blessing! Share this info with your neighbors. I encourage you to arrange to meet up, let your kids enjoy lunch together and share a conversation.
