Some seasons make it hard to see beyond what is right in front of you. Let this be your reminder that God sees more, knows more, and is still at work in places that feel unclear to you. 🤍

"For my thoughts are not your thoughts,
neither are your ways my ways,”
declares the Lord. “As the heavens are higher than the earth,
so are my ways higher than your ways
and my thoughts than your thoughts." - Isaiah 55:8-9

How much certainty do you need before you’re willing to trust Jesus?

There are moments when following Him means making a decision with unanswered questions. When Jesus told Peter to step out of the boat, he didn’t receive an explanation of how the water was suddenly going to hold his weight. He had the word of Jesus, and he responded.

Faith grows when our confidence rests in the character of Jesus instead of our ability to predict what happens next. He knows you completely; He sees what you cannot see, and He has already proven His love for you at the cross.

Maybe the next step has been sitting in front of you for a while. You can trust Jesus enough to put your weight on what He has said.🙏🏼

Who around you might be closer to Jesus because you decided to pay attention?

Some of the most meaningful moments of ministry happen in places that feel completely ordinary. A conversation with a coworker, patience with your kids, checking in on a neighbor, or making room for someone who feels overlooked can become an opportunity to reflect the heart of Jesus. Colossians 3:17 reminds us to do everything in the name of Jesus, which means our everyday lives are full of opportunities to represent Him well.

Look at the people already around you this week. Listen well, love generously, and trust God to use your ordinary faithfulness in someone’s story.💛

There are a lot of voices competing for your attention every day, and most of them are pretty confident they’re right. The invitation to follow Jesus is to keep bringing what you hear, believe, and build your life around back to Him, allowing Scripture and the Holy Spirit to shape you. God’s Word becomes especially valuable when it starts getting into your decisions, relationships, habits, and priorities.

This week, pick one passage of Scripture and spend a few days with it. Read it, pray through it, and ask Jesus, “What do You want to form in me through this?”🙏🏼

Jesus had a way of noticing people others could easily pass by. He stopped for Zacchaeus in a crowd, welcomed children when everyone was busy, and gave His attention to people who probably assumed they would go unseen. Following Jesus teaches us to pay that same kind of attention.

There may be someone around you who needs an invitation to lunch, a text that says, “How are you really doing?” or simply a seat saved beside you on Sunday. You don’t have to manufacture a spiritual moment; love the person in front of you well, stay open to what Jesus might want to do through that relationship, and make room for people to experience Him through the way you show up.🙏🏼💙

What changes when you stop treating faith like a list of things you’re supposed to do and start enjoying the person of Jesus?

Jesus said, “If you love me, keep my commands” (John 14:15). That kind of obedience grows through relationship, as you know His heart, trust His wisdom, and recognize how deeply He loves you. Prayer becomes time with Someone you know, Scripture becomes a place to hear His voice, and serving becomes an opportunity to love the people He loves.

Spend time with Jesus this week simply because He is worth knowing. Let your life with Him grow from there.💛

📖 "But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you." - Matthew 6:33

Ever notice how quickly your attention gets taken? A few notifications, a packed schedule, one more thing to take care of, and suddenly Jesus has been pushed to the edges of the day.

Jesus describes life with Him as a branch connected to a vine in John 15... A branch grows because it keeps receiving what the vine provides. Our souls work the same way. Time with Jesus shapes how we respond when life gets busy, frustrating, uncertain, or exhausting.

So make some room today. Put the phone somewhere else, open your Bible, and spend ten unhurried minutes with Jesus. 🙏🏼💙

Who is learning something about Jesus because they get to do life with you?

You don’t need a title, a platform, or all the answers to invest in someone. Paul simply told Timothy to take what he had received and entrust it to others who could carry it forward (2 Timothy 2:2). Sometimes that looks like inviting someone to coffee, checking in consistently, praying together, sharing what God is teaching you, or simply making room for someone younger in the faith.

There is probably someone in your life who could use what God has already grown in you. Start with one person.💛
