This morning Pastor Ryan used one of my favorite quotes during his message. "The opposite of courage is not cowardice, it is conformity. Even a dead fish can go with the flow. Jim Hightower" I had this quote on my desk when I worked at Chequamegon High School. As Christians we need not conform to the world. As humans we don't have to conform "because everyone else is doing it". Wise words.

What's Left Giveaway. Saturday, April 25, 10-5, 339 5th Ave. So., Park Falls. Some remodeling will be happening in the church, limiting our storage space so we're clearing out everything -- clothes, shoes, odds & ends, artificial Christmas tree and a large box of Christmas decor -- everything that's left will be packed up and taken to a thrift store. Stop and check it out. All items free for the taking. Note: Our Blessing Box will still be available during indoor remodeling.
