After a summer full of special events and Sabbath Month fun, we’re excited to be back to our regular schedule! And for those who are newer to Big Jackson Church of God, here’s what you can expect:

🌎✨ WHAT WE LEARNED IN KIDS CHURCH! ✨🌎

This week, we wrapped up the story of Creation with Day 7 — God rested. 💤

We talked about how even though God didn’t need to rest, He chose to pause and enjoy what He had created. And we talked about how rest can look different for everyone! ❤️

So naturally, we asked the kids: “What helps YOU relax?” 😂

Their answers led us to the most important theological conclusion of the day… LEGOS & PLAY-DOH are apparently very relaxing. 🧱😂🎨

We ended class with some quiet creative time, building, creating, and enjoying a little Sabbath-style rest together.

Because sometimes learning about rest means… actually stopping to rest! 💛
