Shaykh - Qari Abdullah Mohyuddin*
Shaykh Abdullah was born in New York and raised in Atlanta. He completed the memorization of the Qur’an at the age of 9 and moved to Madinah Al-Munawwarah with his family at the age of 10. Trained under renowned Qurra, he holds numerous ijazaat in Qur’anic recitation and studies from Masjid Al-Nabawi, including in Riwayah Hafs and others. Among his notable teachers are:
• Shaykh Imam Abdul-Mohsin Al-Qasim (Imam of Masjid Al-Nabawi)
• Shaykh Dr. Abdullah Jarullah (Head of the Muqri Al-Qur’an Program, Masjid Al-Nabawi)
• Shaykh Sohail Iqbal (Ustad and Head of the International Qur’an Competition)
• Shaykh Imam Ibrahim Akhzar (Former Imam of the Haramain)
In addition to his Qur’anic mastery, Shaykh Abdullah holds ijazaat in Hadith (متفق عليه), Fiqh, Aqeedah, Adab, Akhlaq, and more. He is also certified in Tajweed, Hifdh al-Qur’an, Qira’at, and is a certified Chaplain from Kulliyat al Masjid al Nabawi.
A highly accomplished individual, Shaykh Abdullah has been leading Taraweeh prayers for many years and has extensive experience teaching the Qur’an and working with youth.

*M***i Tofael Nuruddin*
M***i Tofael Nuruddin was raised in Montreal, Canada and pursued Islamic studies from a young age. By 14, he memorized the Qurʾān (ḥāfiẓ) at Al Rashid Islamic Institute in Cornwall, Canada and then went on to further his Islamic studies in the same institute. He later traveled to South Africa and studied a variety of Islamic sciences, graduating from Darul Uloom Azaadville. He also has ijāzāt in ḥadīth from multiple elderly scholars of ḥadīth such as Sh. Yūnus Jaunpūrī, Sh. Fazlurrahan Azmi, Muftī Abul Qāsim al-Nuʿmānī, Sh. Niʿmat Allāh al-Aʿẓamī (a direct student of Ml. Ḥusayn Madanī), Sh. Rābiʿ al-Nadwī, and others. He later specialized in issuing legal responsa (fatāwā) at Jamiah Qasimul Uloom. He also has a second degree in Philosophy and MESAAS from Columbia University.
Since then, he has worked in many communities in Toronto, MA, PA, NY, and NJ. He is currently the Program Director at Nida-ul-Islam, the founder of FIKR, and a coordinator for MESBA. His passion remains in research as a bibliophile who has authored multiple papers and works in Arabic and English, including a primer in Ḥanafī legal theory (uṣūl al-fiqh).
