“30 years ago, I was a teenager in a prison cell with a life sentence (See pic on left)

30 years later, I stood on a platform watching my 17-year-old son preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ (See pic on right)

Only God can turn a prison cell into a pulpit.

Every one of us is somewhere between these two pictures—between who we were and who God is making us.

Don’t despise the process.

Don’t quit in the middle.

Don’t let your past convince you your future is over.

A journey of a thousand miles begins with one step.

Happy Father’s Day to all the fathers out there. God is not done writing your story.

Years ago, Raymond’s physical heart was failing. He got weak. Had to stay home from work for a long time. He would drive a motorized wheel chair to save strength. On that Wheel chair, he would lead his young boy Little Raymond around the block. One day, in the nick of time, God gave Raymond a brand new physical heart.

Today he has 3 more boys, serves as a pastor in one of God’s most fired up churches and works overtime for his family.

God is not done writing your story.
