We were so blessed today to have the opportunity to provide a meal and show some love to the staff and faculty of Paradise Independent School District

As they begin a new school year tomorrow, we’re praying for every teacher, student, and staff member—that this year would be filled with grace, joy, growth, and countless moments to make a difference.

We’re so thankful for opportunities like this to love on and serve our community. What a privilege it is to be a small part of supporting those who pour so much into our kids!

As the sun came up this morning, this was our view at First Baptist Church Paradise.

We started the night with 31 kids and ended the morning with 20. Some headed home to catch up on sleep… the rest somehow found even more energy. 😅

Meanwhile, the volunteers were fueled by coffee, sugar, and God’s grace.

Camp After Dark was everything we hoped it would be. There was worship, games, laughter, late-night conversations, and opportunities to point kids to Jesus. Those are the moments that matter most.

We’re tired today, but we’re even more grateful. Thank you to every volunteer who gave up a night’s sleep, fed us ice cream, showed up to cook us breakfast, every parent who trusted us with their kids, and everyone who prayed for this event. Investing in the next generation is always worth it.

Seeing the joy on these kids’ faces—and knowing they heard the truth of God’s Word—made every sleepless hour worthwhile.

We’re exhausted… but our hearts are full. We’d do it all again. ❤️🌅
