It's not just communion. It's a symbol of Christ crucified on the cross — the blood He shed for us and the atonement of our sins.

When we take the cup and the bread we are remembering God's sacrifice & an ongoing promise. We are entering into a covenant, receiving mercy, and being reminded that grace comes at a real cost.

Recognize the cost, receive the gift, and let the reality of the cross change how you live.

Sharon Ann - God intentionally guides us through refining and testing times. These challenges root out sin, build character, strengthen faith, and make our hearts pliable for a greater purpose. Through this process, we grow closer to Him, learn to operate with spiritual disciplines, and are transformed into His image, empowered for His use.

Romans teaches that suffering produces endurance. Endurance builds character. Character strengthens hope. Trials refine you.

James says the same thing another way: when your faith is tested, perseverance grows. Let perseverance finish its work so you become mature and complete. Trials aren’t detours. They’re the curriculum.

No Pain. No Gain. Too Legit to quit. Keep going with intention, discipline, and confidence.
