Father, we acknowledge that You alone know what is truly good for us and what lies ahead. Teach us not to place our confidence in our own understanding or become consumed with trying to control tomorrow. When we cannot see the way, help us to follow Your voice. PRAYER
Father, help me to recognize the things in my life that increase vanity and draw my heart away from You. Lord, remind me that having more does not necessarily make life better. Search my heart and reveal every place where I have allowed the things of this world to become more important than my relationship with You. Help me not merely to live, but to live with divine purpose. When the world tells me that I need more, remind me that You are enough. Let everything I do be surrendered to You and used for Your glory. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
