It saddens us to announce the passing of our longtime minister and brother in Christ, Louis “Louie” Consoli. After becoming ill in early January he went to his heavenly reward the afternoon of February 1, 2022. He would teach and preach for over 35 years and baptized many, many people into Christ fulfilling what is written in Galatians 3:27, “For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ.” His memory with be with us always and his example a source we aspire to. We know God will say those words to our brother “Well done good and faithful servant, enter thou into the joy of the Lord” Matt 25:21.

So happy several of our Sisters from Cherry Street and some from the Overstreet church of Christ attended the Ladies Inspiration Day hosted by Emerald Beach church of Christ on Panama City Beach, Saturday April 17th. They really enjoyed the fellowship and spiritual enrichment! Thank you Emerald Beach!

We had a special birthday celebration after our Wednesday night service- our sister Dee Wages was the honored one. No one knew exactly how old she was and she wasnt saying so we took the safe route and put “39” on her cake. That was alot better than flipping the numbers around. She would not have liked that!! Thats sis Dee, sis Violet and sis Lorene on the right. Love you all!!

We have grown close to two congregations in the Philippines over the past year, Bayaoas church of Christ in Pangasinan province and Dau church of Christ in Angeles City. We have given to help after Typhoon, during pandemic lockdown and helped with Bibles. This picture is some of the newly baptized christians in Bayaoas with Baptismal certificates and new Bibles to help them learn and grow in their christian life. Over all about 34 have been baptized for the remission of their sins. We thank God and pray His blessings in all that are sharing the Gospel in the Philippines

Dear brothers, sisters and friends. Due to many request we went live on facebook today. Our minister, bro Louie Consoli spoke on raising your children as God would have it done and how the book of Deuteronomy is relevent today as we instruct our children and learn from the actions of the Israelites. We plan to video every Lords day for those who cant attend and all who enjoy Bible preaching. God bless!!
