This week has felt heavy, around the world, in our nation, and in our own hearts. But sister, remember this: prayer is not just something we have… it’s the very weapon God placed in our hands. When the world feels overwhelming, when fear tries to creep in, we don’t fight with worry — we fight with prayer!!

And when we lift our voices in worship, something shifts. Worship takes our eyes off the storm and sets them on the One who has never lost a battle. It builds faith, it brings peace, and it reminds us that heaven’s army fights on our behalf.

So this week, lean in. Pray bold prayers. Worship loud. Let your heart be reminded that God is still on the throne, and He has given us everything we need to stand strong!

“You are my hiding place and my shield; I hope in Your word.” — Psalm 119:114

Because let’s be real… between planning events, praying with passion, and pastoring hearts, sometimes coffee feels like your second anointing oil 😆

But here’s the truth:
A coffee cup is only powerful when it’s filled.
And so are you!
You pour out wisdom, grace, laughter, Kleenex (because you know the tears come!), and truth into the lives of women you lead. But don’t forget, you can’t pour out what you haven’t received!

Jesus said in John 15:5:
“Apart from Me, you can do nothing.”
So today, take a pause. Fill your cup! Spiritually and maybe literally.

Let the Word steep in your heart. Let prayer refill your strength.
Let Jesus be the caffeine for your calling. ☕✝️

You’re not just leading women, you’re building warriors, nurturing worshipers, and raising up generations. You were made for this… but only if you stay connected to Who made you!
So sis, sip slow today.
Refill. Re-center. Rejoice!!
