Keyboard Accompanist Needed – Sunday Morning Chapel Services

A welcoming non-denominational chapel in the Panama City Beach / 30A area is seeking a dependable keyboard player to provide accompaniment for Sunday morning worship services.

Position Details

Sunday mornings, Christmas Eve and Good Friday
Set-up and rehearsal: 9:00 AM
Worship service: 10:00–11:00 AM
Small chapel congregation
Compensation: Negotiable
Flexible start date

Music Style
Our non-denominational worship services feature a blended style, including traditional hymns, contemporary worship songs, and familiar Christian favorites. The accompanist will provide keyboard support for congregational singing and occasional special music.

Ideal Candidate

Proficient on keyboard
Able to deliver, set up connecting to speaker system and take down personal and portable keyboard equipment
Comfortable accompanying singers and leading congregational worship through music
Able to play from chord charts, lead sheets, or sheet music
Dependable, punctual, and well-prepared
Church music experience is appreciated but not required

Join us this Sunday, April 26, for our 10am service and stay for coffee and fellowship after as we shower Pastor Doug with well wishes on his upcoming retirement!

After 4 1/2 years of faithful service here at Carillon Beach Chapel, Pastor Doug Pennington has announced he will be retiring at the end of this month. While we are sad to see him go, we wish him well on the next part of his journey. He is looking forward to traveling and spending more time with family. We are forever grateful for his leadership and dedication. His spiritual guidance and encouraging messages each week have been such a blessing to everyone that has attended our services.
Join us in wishing him well in this next chapter!

Thanks to the generous contributions of everyone that has attended Carillon Beach Chapel, we were able to present a check last Sunday for $5,000 to the Gulf Coast Children's Advocacy Center. The CAC's mission is to protect and enhance the quality of life for victims of sexual violence and child abuse in our community by providing a trauma sensitive, specialized approach to assess, identify, treat and prevent sexual assault and child abuse through the coordination of community resources. We pray that this donation helps continue the efforts of this wonderful organization in our community. What a blessing our Easter Service was this year! Thank you to everyone that came out to join us! It was such a blessing to worship with each of you in God's beautiful creation! Special thanks to the Carillon Beach Community for allowing us to gather on the green! He is Risen! He is Risen Indeed!
